Her experience includes disciplinary and dismissal processes, CCMA and Labour Court procedure, PAIA and information-governance matters, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and advising within complex institutional and regulatory environments.
Having worked extensively within governance and policy structures, Harbour Helberg understands the practical realities facing organisations navigating employment disputes, workplace accommodation obligations, regulatory compliance, reputational risk, and evolving constitutional duties in the modern workplace.
